2 month trail period - candidate will be flown to the US to meet the executive chef at the owners estate.
Exciting opportunity for a talented Chef to join this great boat. This boat has a strong Dive Itinerary, exploring the Greek Islands and Mediterranean and will go to other area's. We need a talented, passionate and collaborative Chef- the boss is a big foodie and loves to be involved in the menu planning and accompanying the chef to the markets. Cuisine style its American, Mediterranean, Greek, Italian, fresh and locally sourced! Someone who loves baking their own bread, catch and cook fish and loves a BBQ. Knowledge of American and global street food an added bonus.
The candidate needs to be organised, structured and understands costs and portion control, restaurant background preferred, cooking for 15 crew Great mixed crew onboard, lovely owner this boat is going off the beaten track to some exciting places.
Will look at Chefs new to yachting who have a well rounded restaurant careers.
