Summary
Third Chef required for a wonderful 90m + world travelling, private motor yacht.
-We are looking for an organised and efficient Chef who is looking to work within a great, long standing team with great Head Chefs running the galley. This role will be a Third Chef position working underneath a Sous Chef and Head Chef, this said it is a collaborative environment so you will be assisting with both guest food and crew food.
-You must also hold your B1B2 - that is a set requirement for this role. Please do not apply without already having it in hand. It would also be advantageous if you also hold your Ships Cook Certificate.
-The successful candidate will have worked on larger vessels and be used to cooking for higher crew numbers but also have enough experience and confidence to assist with guest food when on trip. You will ideally have a few year's experience in the industry but could be newer if you have a good restaurant background - the Head Chefs are keen on training and personal development onboard.
-Great itinerary onboard that is away from your usual milk run.
-The vessel has big plans for this year/next year so there are lots of opportunities for growth.
-Salary will be 5,000 dollars per month. Great additional incentives in place too that can be discussed in more details.
-Start date will be 15th-20th of May, joining in the US.
-90 days leave allowance.
