Summary

Charter catamaran in the USVI/BVI and are looking for a deck/stew team to join the vessel for the rest of the season starting in May. We have three weeks of charter on the books through the end of July with space for a few more to book in before heading down island. This position has the potential to become permanent through next season if it is a good fit. We are mainly looking for a team that's a couple or has worked together before as you would be sharing a small crew forepeak (v-berth bunks) with the potential to move into guest cabin off charter. BVI work permits will be issued on a temporary basis through the end of the season. Vessel is BVI flagged, and candidate would need at least B1B2 or US Citizenship/green card for USVI pickups maintenance time. Season is typically a split of charter and boss trips (which also include gratuity).

Main responsibilities would be:

-Keeping the exterior of the vessel in good condition

-Assisting with the sailing and maneuvering of the vessel (yachtmaster or equivalent is a plus, but not required)

-Assisting with watersports and diving (divemaster a plus, but not required)

-Assisting with general maintenance of the vessel systems

-Assisting interior on charter
