Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join a 35m private/charter M/Y based in the South of France. This is a seasonal position with a competitive salary package. The contract will run from April until possibly October.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain further experience on yachts, or will consider someone new to the industry, but has a strong background working in fine dining restaurants.
You will be responsible for preparing and creating all meals for guests and crew members, sourcing and selecting high quality ingredients and ensure proper storage and handling, manage the galley inventory, including ordering and restocking provisions, collaborate with the captain and crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests.

Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, food hygiene and safety level 2
Requirements for application: Must have a strong background working in fine dining restaurants or preferably a season or two experience on yachts
Salary: 6000 – 6500 euros DOE
