PASSPORT - minimum 1 year
Food safety & hygiene certificate
yacht (Charter quality) experience
STCW + refresher
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)

Ability to produce high quality meal and presentation - healthy fresh meals.
Other Requirements: The Chef might need to cook for the owner occasionally in their residence.
Well-presented and spoken. A professional attitude. A calm personality with a teamwork attitude. This is a small boat, so everyone helps where needed with lines and fenders.
Responsibilities: The role would be CHEF. Full charge of galley duties. Safe food handling, organization, clean galley practices, happy to cook healthy meals for crew. The only food to avoid is Tofu. Responsible provisioning.
