Requirements: Active with watersports, kitesurfing, diving, foiling. Previous charter experience. 

STCW + Refresher

ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)

Passport - valid 1 year +

Covid vaccination - ideally 

 

VISA: B1/B2 visa, Schengen if needed.

 

Background check and drug testing may apply.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Job Specifics: It’s a new boat, highly technical (but you will be provided 24/7 shoreside support). It’s a managed boat. Aiming for high high end service. $70-80K/week charter rate. Big emphasis on waterspouts instructors, kitesurfing, foiling, massage, etc.  Approximately 5 weeks of owner use and around 15 charters per year. The owners enjoy water sports. 

 

Other: 8 Guests, 3 Crew.  SINGLE cabin in forepeak (MLC COMPLIANT), TWO SINGLES IN AFT CREW CABIN. EACH CABIN HAS ITS OWN HEAD AND SHOWER.

 

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience. Very good.

 

Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, paid leave, etc. to be finalized during interview process. Yes all MLC compliant. POTENTIAL FOR CHARTER BONUSES AND TRAINING ALLOWANCES.
