Seeking an experienced Chef for a 37m Private | Charter MY, we also have a 13m chase boat. Currently undergoing a shipyard period near Genoa, Italy.
Summer cruising plans: Western & Central Med
Male due to cabin arrangements | Salary: $8,000 - $9,000 USD (depending upon experience and qualifications) | Permanent Position | 8 crew during season (6-7 during winter period) | Max 12 guests | Winter 2024/25 France or Italy.
Required Skills
•Michelin level culinary experience and capabilities
•Excellent communication skills and positive attitude, no dramas.
•Good team player
•Must have knowledge and ability to prepare dairy free meals for Owner and his guests (not just lactose free)
•Owner prefers small plated portions
•Lots of seafood
•Owner likes classics updated which focus on fresh ingredients
•Flexibility, the ability to create something simple but nice on short notice

•Crew meals should proceed as usual without interruption or compromise
•Vast knowledge of produce and ability to provision in the Mediterranean
•Ability to provision to a budget
•Knowledge of nutrition, diets and allergies, food safety and storage
•Menu planning, varied repertoire and wine knowledge
