Summary
We are looking for a Sole Chef to join a Private 43m M/Y for the Mediterranean season. Mainly private use, this is a seasonal position from May until October, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate as the yacht will cross to the Caribbean and USA.
The ideal candidate will be confident providing interesting and varied menus to guests and a crew of 7. Good knowledge of provisioning and galley management are important.
Salary will be Euro 3750 rising to 4000 after the first month.
