With the continued growth and increased presence within the marine industry our client is looking for either an experienced broker to join the team or someone who wants to grow and develop with the team, making that move into brokerage or looking for their second brokerage position…
As a group they now sell over 400 boats a year and this marina is absolutely up there in terms of both new boats and brokerage sales.
After 8 years of continued and consistent growth our client has developed from 3 marinas to 11 across the UK and are consistently one of the most forward thinking organisations in this sector, always looking to improve and disrupt the yacht brokerage market with new ideas and thoughts.
As such, you will be proactive in responding to customer enquiries, seeking new leads, drive new business, aid retention through an efficient and helpful response to customer enquiries but most of all you will want to be part of something and thoroughly enjoy boats in all their forms be in sail or power.
