Exciting Opportunity in Marketing Support - Join a Leading Yacht Design Brand!

Are you passionate about marketing and ready to contribute to the success of a world-renowned yacht design brand? We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our clients dynamic team. As a key member of our Commercial and Brand division, you will play a vital role in elevating our brand presence and ensuring the continued growth of the business.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and project teams to execute impactful marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience. You will be an essential part of efforts to make our brand the most sought-after in the yacht design industry. While primarily based at our studio, you'll also have the opportunity to engage in exciting travel experiences, contributing to hospitality and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Brand Manager and project teams in various internal and external marketing activities, including capturing and sharing compelling stories from our projects.Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials using InDesign, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines.Support press relations by managing inquiries, drafting press releases, and coordinating with external publications.Maintain internal communication alignment with our brand, including updating the intranet and assisting with values awards.Contribute to external events and hospitality, such as yacht shows, client visits, and industry gatherings.Help maintain external relationships by updating contact databases, handling inquiries, and personalizing interactions.Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing social events and gatherings.Stay informed about industry trends and news to enhance our marketing strategies.Qualifications and Skills:

A degree in Marketing or relevant experience in a marketing role.Proficiency in InDesign and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.Exceptional professionalism and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding organization and time management abilities.Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Previous experience in hospitality and event planning is advantageous
