Japanese food is renowned for being as healthy as it is delicious and in this half-day workshop we teach you to make your own beautifully presented sushi dishes.
We will teach you to make popular types of sushi such as nigrizushi (hand formed sushi), makizushi (rolled sushi), and temakizushi (hand roll) topped with raw fish (sashimi), cooked seafood, fish roe, egg, and vegetables such as cucumber, daikon radish, and avocado.
You will take away all the delicious sushi you make.
About Half Day Courses
Our half-day courses are a great way to learn a particular culinary skill that you will use for life. During a morning or afternoon session you will enjoy around 3 hours of in-depth, hands-on learning with our experienced chef tutors focussing on one skill.
The courses run in small class sizes of a maximum of 8 students. There is no lunch but you will leave with any ingredients or dishes that you have prepared during the course.
