Course Structure – Yacht Steward/Stewardess Training

Module 1 – Interior Introduction

Learn the fundamentals of yachting life and interior operations: yacht hierarchy, communication, safety (STCW95), First Aid, and MARPOL awareness. Master housekeeping, detailing, bed making, wardrobe management, fabric care, laundry procedures, and flower arrangements.

Module 2 – Basic Food Service

Understand the art of hospitality at sea. Learn service styles, table etiquette, menu knowledge, table setup, napkin folding, and the order of meal service from breakfast to fine dining and canapés.

Module 3 – Wine, Bartending & Mixology Introduction

Gain essential knowledge of wine service, mixology, spirits, barista skills, and cocktail presentation. Includes tasting, pairing, and professional drink service techniques.
