2-Days Advanced Butler/Valet Services Training

Butlers are trained to take gentle care of all their guests from arrival until departure without imposing themselves. The attention to detail required, and the ability to anticipate the needs of guests is a pivotal part of this motivating butler service training program. They coordinate the food and beverages service, manage miscellaneous tasks, plans events, supervise vendor services, books different private services.

Day 1 – Professional Valet Foundations

Learn the essentials of guest relations, discretion, and confidentiality. Understand the relationship between employer and guest, anticipating their needs, and delivering high-standard valet service. Covers the key duties of a butler, valet, house person, secretary, and chauffeur, with a focus on professionalism and etiquette within the luxury yachting and hospitality industries.

Day 2 – Practical Valet Skills

Master garment and accessory care, efficient suitcase packing, shoe cleaning and polishing, tie and bow tie preparation, and advanced ironing techniques. Learn to plan and execute personalized valet services for guest arrivals, ensuring exceptional presentation and attention to detail.
