RYA Yachtmaster Coastal Skipper

The RYA courses above can be structured to either RYA Yachtmaster Prep, RYA Coastal Skipper or RYA Dayskipper. All courses will start from Lymington Yacht Haven Lymington. If RYA exams are required an additional day will be added to facilitate the exam, no extra charges will be made. Exam fees are additional and are payable to the RYA prior t the exam. No examiner expenses are charged.

Course Structure

All courses will be taken on board our Nelson 34 Lady Emma, courses will start at 0900 hrs and finish approx 1700hrs except for days when night exercises are required. Accommodation should be taken ashore, we can provide you with suitable contact details. Light snacks and refreshments are provided on board and for the night exercises and exams a full evening meal will be provided.

Useful Information

For all courses each candidate will be provided with a navigation pack consisting of local charts, navigation instruments and an almanac. Additionally on board i pads will be available for electronic navigation. All clients should bring suitable clothing for the course and time of year, on board heating is available as are lifejackets.
