Course Structure

Our RYA Powerboat Certificate Level 2 stands as the industry benchmark for small powerboat and RIB operation. Traverse a diverse syllabus covering safety at sea, launching and Recovery, high and low-speed boat handling, man overboard procedures, close-quarter maneuvering and mooring, anchoring, tides and weather theory, types of craft and handling, buoyage, navigation and passage planning, IRPCS (International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea), and routine engine maintenance.
