FWW Cocktails & Spirits (PYA Guest III Advanced)

FWW is proud to offer our new revised and updated 2-day course which takes an in-depth look at the core Spirits (Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Whisk(e)y & Cognac) used in Cocktail making as well as the practical element of learning to make Cocktails with speed & efficiency. We also cover which tools to use; understanding recipes; the importance of a balanced drink; creating new combinations & adaptations; how to conduct a tasting; the ability to draw up your own menu as well as understanding the concept of Mixology.

You will be taught by award-winning Cocktail mixologist Jon Wooduffe (of Escapade Bars) in Palma, Mallorca. We can also arrange to run courses "on-board". The course programme will include at least 16 different classic practical Cocktails and variations and take home packof 50 different Cocktail recipes for your own collection.

Course pre-requisite: Some formal & accredited Intermediate training (e.g. GUEST Bartending & Mixology Advanced Module 1) and/ or previous proven onboard training & experience (Minimum 2 seasons)

Course length: 2 full days (09.15 – 17.00) with a multiple choice theory & a practical exam at the end of Day 2
