FWW Cocktails & Spirits (PYA Guest II Intermediate)

FWW is proud to offer GUEST Advanced Module 1 course focusing on core spirits (Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Whisk(e)y & Cognac) as well as the practical element of learning to make cocktails, including which tools to use, understanding recipes, the importance of a balanced drink and creating new combinations. You will be taught by award-winning Cocktail mixologists: Martin Benda (of Cocktail Chez Vous) in France and Jon Woodruffe (of Escapade Bars) in Palma, Mallorca - we can offer this course "on-board". The course covers at least 7 different classic cocktails including the Cosmopolitan, Daiquiri, a Classic and a Fruit Martini, Caipirinha, Tom Collins, Whisky or Amaretto Sour & Mojito.

Course pre-requisite: Some formal basic training and/ or previous onboard training (minimum 1 season)

Course length: 1 full day (09.15 – 17.00) with a short multiple choice & practical exam at the end.
