Londons Leading Coastal Powerboat Training Centre, Chas Newens Marine have trained over 1,200 students in the past five years; thats an average of an amazing 80 Powerboat Level 2 courses per year!

Whether you are new to boating or an experienced mariner our team of friendly instructors will make you feel relaxed and at ease, all whilst learning everything you need to know to drive your own fast speedboat.

Our boat driving lessons are tailored directly to your needs. Are you going on holiday to Europe this year and want to hire a boat, or even take your own boat with you? Then don't forget you will need your international boat driving licence and for inland waterways (lakes, canals and some rivers) you will also need a european waterways endorsement.

More and more people are hiring boats on holiday. Most countries now require you to hold an International Certificate For Operator of Pleasure Craft - more commonly known as the "ICC". The Standard ICC covers you for Powered Vessels on Coastal Waters. We are offering you the opportunity to gain the Inland Endorsement at the same time as your Powerboat Level 2. We will supply all the neccassary study materials, and forms for you to gain your ICC on completion of the 2 Day Powerboat Level 2 Course.
