Aid Training & Operations Ltd was founded in 1999 by an ex Royal Marine and quickly grew into a national and international training provider.

The business currently boasts in excess of 150 course titles, supported by various Awarding Bodies and serves the training needs of many high street names and public and private organisations. The bulk of our offering assists employers in Health and Safety compliance, both at shop floor level with courses such as First Aid, Fire Safety, Manual Handling etc, through to Managerial qualifications such as IOSH and Nebosh.

We are also heavily focused on assisting employers with the training of their own Trainers, so we offer professional Training, Assessing and Verifying qualifications along with bespoke “Train the Trainer” courses in various subject areas.

Our focus has always been on the needs of the specific industry, so whether our client is in Healthcare, Banking, Security, Retail or Public service we have a course to suit.

Our success has been largely born from employing the services of Trainers who have operational backgrounds in the subjects they teach, coupled with formally recognised qualifications in Teaching and Assessing. This said, we always search for Trainers with exceptional personalities to ensure training is engaging and interactive, death by PowerPoint is not our style!
