Hairdresser/ Barber

Salary : EUR 2500 to EUR 3000+ Per Month

If a yacht were looking for a hairdresser this is normally combined with a stewardess role, as your hairdressing skills will only be required when in guest mode, the rest of the time you would resume the role as a stewardess assisting with laundry and housekeeping.

Qualifications, training and skills required

• Professional Hairdressing qualifications
• Basic STCW 95 & PSA
• ENG 1
• A background in hospitality, hotel, bar tending, barista, floristry, housekeeping, wine knowledge or previous work in hotels, ski chalets or private houses would be advantageous
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Good administration and computer skills
• Immaculately presented
• Good attitude
• Willingness to assist in other departments when required

• PYA Guest courses although this is NOT mandatory
