Crew Employment and Payroll Administrator

The crew employment and payroll administrator job involves managing the Crew Assistants (Agents) and ensuring staff payments are arranged accordingly. Depending on the size of the organisation this role may not exist and be part of what a Crew Manager does. They are also responsible for ensuring the crew's welfare is looked after to SEA (Seafarer Employment Agreement) standards and they meet all requirements to work on the yacht.

Salary range

EUR 2000 to EUR 2500 Per Month
