Cost Estimator
Salary : EUR 2500 to EUR 3000 Per Month
The role of the cost estimator, as it says, is to work out the costing of the yacht. The work closely with Project Managers, Design Managers and Material Managers to obtain blueprints, design specification and other relevant documents. Their role is to give the client and project manager the cost of the project so that the budget can be managed accordingly. Estimators are required to regularly review the project and make adjustments, as required.
Qualifications, training and skills required
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Competency with MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Marine industry.
