Summary

Sole Chef required for 40m Private/Charter Motor Yacht New Build

Itinerary - around SOF, Italy, Monaco, currently in the Shipyard

Requirements: - Fully trained chef. Experienced working on charters. Health & Hygiene L2, Ship's cook certificate.

-Able to deliver high quality and varied food: -French, Italian, Med,Asian are highly appreciated.

-Very good knowledge of provisioning in the Med -Take pride in the cleanliness of the galley, Stock control, Cleanliness of fridges and freezers etc and Take care of Galley Equipment.

-Must have great longevity (ideally 2-3 years on the same boat as a First Mate).

Start date : Soon

Salary : DOE, permanent position, shared cabin.
