Female Sole Chef required for private 40m motor yacht. Looking for a relaxed, organised and talented chef to cook for 8 crew and up to 12 guests. Owners are a very nice extended American family, who like simple, high quality, family food with a 'wow' factor. Michelin style dishes not required, but the chef should be culinary trained, with previous yacht experience and be used to cooking for American guests. Must be happy to cook separately for a toddler and nanny, and also take on occasional larger scale corporate or family events on board. Some dietary requirements within guests and crew, but nothing too complicated.
Caribbean & Bahamas cruising until May 2019 - busy but not crazy program. Summer 2019 cruising East Coast USA. Must have STCW10, unrestricted ENG1, & US passport or B1/B2 visa. We are a non smoking crew and the chef must be able to cook underway with no sea sickness issues. Female due to cabin arrangements & English as first language required. Good package available including seasonal & 13th month bonuses, training allowance, health insurance and annual flight. Start date mid/late January in St Martin.
