Training not essential but must be a competent cook with experience in restaurants or on yachts if no prof. training.
Itinerary is Bahamas till January, then Dominican Republic, Panama and through the Canal, Costa Rica, Florida then Bahamas till end of June. Yard period in Fort Lauderdale till end of September then depart for the South Pacific and cruising French Polynesia. Female preferred but shares a cabin with a male Bosun. Starting salary is negotiable but approx $4500 4 weeks paid vacation, full medical and dental benefits.
