Seeking a mature, hardworking/energetic, talented, Culinary trained female, 2nd/Sous Chef for a busy 50m charter/private motor yacht. Candidate can have little or no yachting experience but MUST have a solid high-end restaurant background. Of course, candidates with yachting experience are also welcome!
*****You must be happy to do crew food and assist and learn from Head Chef. Some laundry or stew support but no more than 20% of the job and only when on charter. ***** Vessel has an amazing, very experienced Head Chef and is looking to for someone who has a strong work ethic and is easy to get along with. Team player! This is not just a crew cooking position. Solid Pastry and Baking skills are a must. You will work side by side with the Head Chef on a day to day basis. Creativity, knowledge of different types of cuisines and diets are a must.
