Salary: $110,000–$115,000 + discretionary bonus

We are seeking an experienced Personal Household Assistant to join a professional team supporting a highly private Ultra-High-Net-Worth family based in New York. The Role
Working as part of a wider support team, you will provide high-level personal and lifestyle assistance to one of the principals, ensuring their day-to-day activities run smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Diary and schedule coordination
- Travel preparation and organisation
- Wardrobe and personal organisation
- Day-to-day personal support and administration
- Preparing the principal for meetings, appointments, and engagements
- Liaising with household staff and external contacts
- Occasional domestic and international travel support
This position is suited to candidates with experience in private yachts, luxury hospitality, or high-level PA/EA roles, who are accustomed to anticipating needs, maintaining discretion, and delivering impeccable service.
Hours & Schedule
- 40 hours per week (contracted)
- Rotational schedule, typically 4 days on / 3 days off (subject to operational needs)
- Standard operating hours between 9am–9pm, arranged to ensure balanced working hours
- Flexibility required during travel, with time off in lieu provided

- Must hold a US Passport or Green Card
- Based in New York and able to drive
