Summary
We are seeking an experienced Second Stewardess to join a 70–80m private vessel operating a single-season program.
This role has been designed as a rotational position combining Head of Service and Head of Housekeeping responsibilities, providing operational support to the Chief Stewardess while helping maintain consistency and leadership across both areas of the interior department.
The successful candidate must be equally confident in both service and housekeeping, with the ability to transition seamlessly between the two departments while supporting training and maintaining high standards across the team.
We are looking for someone who is organised, calm under pressure, and a strong team player, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
The Role
- Support the Chief Stewardess in the daily management of the interior team
- Rotate between Head of Service and Head of Housekeeping responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of guest service and housekeeping
- Assist with training and development of interior crew in both service and housekeeping
- Support with interior administration, inventories, and operational logistics
- Promote strong teamwork and communication across departments
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as Second Stewardess or senior interior role on 60m+ vessels
- Strong service and housekeeping background
- Confidence managing and training crew in both departments
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach
- Strong references from most recent roles essential
