We are seeking a strong service focused 2nd Stewardess to join an exciting 117m new build. This role will primarily focus on service, leading the service team and delivering exceptional guest experiences onboard.
This is a large yacht program with high end guest trips and large scale events, requiring a confident service professional with strong leadership and wine knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the service department
• Maintain exceptional formal dining and beverage service standards
• Coordinate and lead service during guest trips and events
• Train and mentor service stews
• Oversee table styling, service flow, and guest experience
• Work closely with the Chef and Chief Stewardess to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Senior Stewardess or Head of service on 80m+ yachts
• WSET Level 2 (minimum)
• Strong knowledge of formal dining, wine service, and cocktails
• Experience leading service for events and busy guest programs
• Excellent attention to detail and strong leadership skills
• Professional, polished presentation
