HEAD OF HOUSEKEEPING 100M+ MY
100m+ private dual season MY seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join a large, well-structured interior team. This is a senior role suited to someone highly organised with proven experience leading housekeeping operations on large vessels.
The role:
• Lead and manage the housekeeping department within a large interior team
• Maintain exceptional standards across all guest and crew areas
• Manage housekeeping schedules, inventories, and departmental procedures
• Train and guide junior housekeeping crew to maintain consistent standards
• Work closely with the Interior Manager to ensure smooth interior operations
• Private dual season program
• Start date: 11th April (flexible)
• B1/B2 visa preferred
What we’re looking for:
• Proven Head of Housekeeping experience on vessels 70m+
• Strong longevity in previous roles
• Excellent references
• Highly organised with strong leadership capability
• Professional, detail-focused, and team-oriented approach
• All standard yachting certifications
