The Position:
A Lead Stewardess positions has just opened up on a beautiful 90+ meter Private vessel
This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a fantastic crew, a reputable vessel, and a well-run program
A quiet private program, with limited usage by the Owner throughout the year
The vessel is currently based in Holland
Dual season USA/Europe
Start Date ASAP
*MUST BE REGISTERED WITH KRÄFT YACHT CREW TO BE CONSIDERED*
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has at least 3 year's experience leading service or as 2nd Stewardess, on 80m+ yachts
- Is confident in Service and has the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Preferably has experience with Middle Eastern owners
- Someone with a positive attitude and likes to do team building, e.g. cocktail training
- Is very organised and thinks proactively
- Has strong co-ordination and communication skills
- Upholds discretion and remains professional at all times
- Has longevity onboard previous programs
- Is looking for a long-term position (only)
Requirements:
- STCW Basic Training (fully updated)
- PDSD Certificate
- ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Schengen visa (for non-EU crew)
- Valid B1/B2 visa is a bonus, but not essential
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in interior roles
- Contactable recent references
