Couples Position - Stew and Engineer/Mate
We are seeking a dedicated Sole Steward(ess) for a 24m sailing yacht, currently located in France and preparing for the Mediterranean season. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction aboard the yacht. Key responsibilities include managing the interior, providing exceptional service during charters, and assisting with inventory and provisions. This seasonal position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a small crew environment. Candidates should have a minimum of one year’s experience in the yachting industry, specifically on similar-sized vessels. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules are essential. The yacht has a history of 8-10 weeks of charter, and we are looking for a team ready to contribute effectively from the onset.
