Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Steward(ess) for a +50m motor yacht,

You will be responsible for overseeing all interior operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality are maintained. Your responsibilities will include managing the interior team of 3, coordinating guest services, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all guest areas.

You will also be responsible for inventory management, budgeting for provisions, and planning events on board.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar position or a Second Stewardess coming from a larger yacht looking for the next step up in her career. Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential. Someone that can show longevity and loyaulty in previous positions will be considered first.

The yacht has a busy program and cruising itinerary for the summer season, where the owners and friends will actively use the yacht until October. Short shipyard period in the Med following.

Standard package on offer (60 days paid leave) and possibility to take additional leave during the winter. Salary DOE and references.
