Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Sole Steward(ess) to join a 32-meter motor yacht, primarily serving an elderly couple with a mild cruising itinerary in the Caribbean Sea. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all interior services, including full detailing and meal service, Bartending as well as ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Additionally, assistance on deck may be required as needed. The position offers a permanent role within a small crew of four, based in the United States. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in hospitality or yachting. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of service are essential.
