Head of Service – Permanent Position
120m+ Private Motor Yacht
Start Date: 4rd April 2026
Salary: 6,000
Rotation: 2:2
The ideal candidate will:
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Head of Service or Chief Stewardess on yachts of similar size
• Be confident in leading, mentoring, and training the service team to deliver the highest standards of service
• Possess excellent knowledge of fine dining, wines, cocktails, and luxury guest service
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Have strong computer skills, including experience with inventory management, budgeting, SOP development, and checklist creation
• Show a professional, proactive, and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment
Please note: Due to cabin arrangements, this position is open to female candidates only.
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Fully valid and up-to-date STCW
- ENG1
- Food & Hygiene Level 2
- Seaman’s Book
- Security Awareness
- Crowd Management
- Crisis Management
- Designated Security Duties
- Valid passport (minimum 9 months validity)
