Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Purser to join an 80m private motor yacht. This is a heavy administrative role with a strong focus on financial management, documentation, and operational logistics, working primarily behind the scenes to support the Captain and Management team and HOD's.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial administration experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with leading yacht management systems.
Position Details
- Package: Competitive EURO salary depending on experience
- Rotation: 2:2
- Cabin: Shared with Chief Stew
- Female due to cabin arrangements
Key Responsibilities
- Full management of yacht administration and operational documentation
- Crew administration including contracts, certification tracking, travel logistics, medical claims, etc.
- Financial administration, including budgeting support, expense tracking, reporting, and accounts management with Voly and reporting directly to the Management Financial Manager.
- Preparation and maintenance of detailed financial reports and operational spreadsheets
- Management of port clearance documentation, compliance, and regulatory paperwork
- Coordination of guest logistics, including ground logistics, reservations, and itinerary support
- Oversight of purchasing administration and supplier coordination
- Maintaining accurate and organised crew and vessel records
Requirements
- Previous Purser experience or strong administrative background.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential
- Experience with Voly, DeepBlue, and Pinpoint Works
- Strong financial administration and reporting capability
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
