Winch Yacht Recruitment is currently looking for 2 X Service Stewardesses to join this 100m+ MY at the beginning of April. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years yachting experience ideally on one vessel, and have English as their first language. You will already be confident in all areas of service, and be able to follow simple instructions without any dramas. This vessel is known for promoting crew within, so when the opportunity becomes available onboard you will have a chance to move up in rank providing you have shown loyalty and the abilities to do so. This vessel is very mixed with regards to nationalities, so if you are someone who is only able to work on a vessel that contains crew matching your own personal nationality, then this will not be a good fit for you. We are looking for a solid self starting crew member who understands that the play hard part comes after you have worked hard, and not vice versa. You must hold a B1B2 already in hand, and without this you will unfortunately not be considered. Please also do not apply if you are part of a couple currently looking for a couples role as again you will not be considered on this occasion.
