Sole Stewardess - Mediterranean Cruising Sailing Yacht

We are seeking a Sole Stewardess to join a sailing yacht for the 2026 season.
We are looking for a candidate with experience onboard a Sail or Motor Vessel in a similar role, unfortunately we can not consider green crew for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all interior duties onboard, including housekeeping of 3 cabins and common areas.
- Laundry and service for formal and informal meals.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the yacht.
- Manage provisioning, inventory, and stock control.
- Provide a warm, professional, and seamless experience for guests
- Ensure compliance with yacht safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum one full season experience as a sole or chief stewardess on a similar or larger yacht.
- Strictly non-smoker / non-vaper.
- Valid ENG1 and STCW certificate
- Seaman’s book preferred.
- Prefer no visible tattoos; if visible, must be small and discreet.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and guest service skills.
- Professional, adaptable, and able to work independently in a small crew environment.
