.Chief Stewardess – New Build Charter Yacht
We are looking for an experienced, organised, and fun Chief Stewardess to join a newly delivered yacht. As this is a brand-new build, we are seeking a strong and well-organised Chief Stewardess who can help set up the interior for the upcoming season and establish high standards from the start.
The yacht has very kind and respectful owners who typically use the yacht for only two weeks per year. The remainder of the season will be busy with charter guests, and we already have eight weeks of charter bookings confirmed.
The ideal candidate will have a calm and pleasant personality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating a positive team environment. You will be leading a team of four stewardesses, so we are looking for someone who enjoys mentoring junior crew and building a strong, supportive team.
Our crew is very active and enjoys a healthy lifestyle. Many of us are into kitesurfing, yoga, and daily workouts, so we would love someone who shares a similar outlook and enjoys staying active.
Key qualities we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Chief or a strong 2nd Stewardess ready to step up
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to set up systems and standards on a new build
- Positive leadership and mentoring skills
- Calm, friendly, and professional personality
