Summary
52m Private Motor Yacht based in the Mediterranean is looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join the vessel in mid-March 2026.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the interior department, maintaining high service standards and ensuring smooth day-to-day interior operations.
The role requires strong leadership, organisation and attention to detail. Responsibilities include interior team management, guest service, provisioning, inventory control and coordination with the captain and other departments.
We are looking for a confident, organised and proactive Chief Stewardess who is comfortable leading the interior team and maintaining excellent standards on board.
Previous experience as Chief Stewardess on yachts of similar size is preferred
