CHIEF STEWARDESS – 50m PRIVATE MOTOR YACHT
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Chief Stewardess to join a 50m private motor yacht (private use, full-time permanent position, single season).
We are looking for a confident interior leader with a proven track record on 50m+ yachts and with sommelier level service skills, ultra luxury hotel/restaurant background is plus.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience as Chief Stewardess on 50m+ yachts
• Exceptional eye for detail and interior standards
• Impeccable service skills – strong in formal & silver service
• Excellent cocktail knowledge and presentation
• Strong leadership skills – capable of managing and motivating 2nd & 3rd stewardesses
• Calm, solution-oriented, drama-free personality
• Positive team player with strong crew relations
• Highly organized, structured, and guest-focused
• Discreet, polished, and professional at all times
Nationality is open – we value experience, attitude, and professionalism above all. Spanish speaking is plus.
