Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sole Engineer for a 46-meter motor yacht based in Sint Maarten, actively cruising the Caribbean and East Coast US. In this permanent position, the engineer will be responsible for overseeing all onboard systems, maintaining detailed maintenance records, and managing worklists in preparation for an upcoming five-year refit. Candidates should hold at least a Y3 certification with an MTU course or a Y2 or III/3 equivalent, and we welcome applications from those with experience on smaller vessels. The role requires a proactive individual who can also assist on deck during guest operations and mooring maneuvers. Comprehensive medical insurance and 38 days of leave per annum are included.
