Summary
We are seeking a strong all-rounder Steward / Stewardess to join a 90m private sailing yacht, currently completing a major shipyard refit and preparing for an exciting upcoming program.
This role suits a versatile stewardess who is confident rotating between service, housekeeping, and laundry depending on operational needs. The owners are highly detail-oriented, particularly regarding interior standards, so this position requires someone who takes genuine pride in presentation while remaining polished and capable in guest-facing service.
You must be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable stepping in wherever needed to support a smooth interior operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver confident guest service across meals, drinks, and events
- Provide polished wine and cocktail service when required
- Maintain immaculate housekeeping standards across all interior areas
- Manage laundry operations to a high standard, including delicates and uniforms
- Rotate seamlessly between departments as required
- Support the interior team during guest trips and busy periods
Requirements
- Proven experience across service, housekeeping, and laundry on large yachts
- Strong attention to detail and pride in interior standards
- Confident, calm, and professional with guests
- Flexible mindset and positive team attitude
- STCW, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 2
- Open to male & female candidates
