DECK/DIVE INSTRUCTOR 65M+ MY
We are looking for a strong Dive Instructor to join a 65m+ motor yacht who can operate as the Fleet Dive Lead. This is a fast-paced, private/light charter program with family-oriented owners and a crew culture that values fitness, professionalism, and teamwork.
The role
- Predominantly a Deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
- Lead all dive operations fleet-wide, taking full responsibility during dive programs.
- Manage route planning, permits, local guides, logistics, and overall dive coordination.
- Report directly to the Captains and Chief Officers during dive operations, holding significant responsibility.
- Adapt to a varied dive schedule - periods without diving followed by intensive dive-focused weeks.
- Owner places high importance on dive safety and standards, with trips sometimes arranged last-minute.
- Currently in the shipyard until May 2026, joining ahead of redelivery to learn systems and setup before returning to operational cruising.
- Private/ light charter program, with Med season following the yard period.
- Start date: ideally ASAP, though flexible due to yard timeline.
What we’re looking for
- Certified Dive Instructor (essential).
- Proven experience running structured, safety-led dive operations.
- Previous yacht experience required
- Highly organised, confident managing third-party logistics and last-minute planning.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and safety-focused.
- B1/B2 visa preferred but not essential.
