Head of Housekeeping – Dual Season Motor Yacht
Start Date: ASAP (Live Handover Required)
We are seeking an experienced and confident Head of Housekeeping to join our dual-season motor yacht as soon as possible. The successful candidate will undertake a comprehensive live handover with our current Head of House, who will be going on leave at the end of March. Extensive departmental knowledge and operational details will need to be transitioned prior to assuming full responsibility.
This is a busy, heavy-use vessel operating a dual-season itinerary — cruising the Caribbean and US during the winter and the Mediterranean in the summer.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing a team of 3 rotating housekeeping stews
Overseeing departmental administration
Managing orders, inventories, and budget control
Creating and maintaining job lists and housekeeping schedules
Upholding exceptional interior presentation standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as Head of Housekeeping
High level of confidence, organisation, and attention to detail
Strong leadership and team management skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Valid B1/B2 visa and Schengen visa (due to urgent start and cruising itinerary)
Package:
2:2 rotation (flexibility required depending on itinerary)
Salary dependent on experience
