Unique traveling land-based Personal Assistant opportunity!
We are looking for a highly capable Personal Assistant to support a UHNW Principal across both personal and business matters. The right candidate must thrive in dynamic environments, embrace change and be able to pivot as needed. We are looking for a ‘Yes’ person who is well-presented and well-mannered.
This role is a traveling position, candidates will be frequently moving between Cairo and Dubai. Other travel destinations will include the USA, Mykonos, St Tropez and other EU destinations.
Job Title: Travelling Personal Assistant
Contract: Full time with a 3 month probation.
Starting date: Asap
Living arrangements: Private accommodation will be provided in each location for the successful candidate.
Visas: Must have visa for the mediterranean, Egypt can be arranged. Candidates with B1B2 or passports where they only need a standard ESTA visa to enter the USA will be considered.
Requirements for application:
University degree in design, business or architecture (preferred but not essential). Yacht stewardess experience.
Drivers license.
Great initiative and quick to understand and take on new tasks.
Salary: 5k/6k € per month TBD based on experience.
Other Benefits: Accommodation during travel, all work-related travel expenses, health insurance, and daily allowance when travelling.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will act as a trusted right-hand to the Principal, ensuring the smooth running of both personal and business matters. This fast-paced, internationally mobile role requires exceptional organisation, discretion and flexibility, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Responsibilities include managing diaries and travel arrangements, coordinating household staff, assisting with personal tasks such as packing, wardrobe management support when required, errands and bookings, and supporting business activities including meetings, research and work-related errands. The role involves frequent international travel and dynamic schedules, with the candidate providing hands-on support and anticipating the Principal’s needs proactively.
Additional Information:
This position combines the responsibilities of a Personal Assistant and elements of a Stewardess role, requiring adaptability and a solutions-focused mindset. Tasks will vary day-to-day and may include managing travel logistics, coordinating staff, organising events or work trips and building connections relevant to the Principal’s personal and business interests. Discretion, professionalism and the ability to operate confidently in diverse environments are essential.
