We are seeking a skilled Engineer to join our team on a 29m sailing yacht, newly built in 2026 and currently located in Turkey. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the yacht’s engineering systems, ensuring optimal performance during worldwide cruising. Your key responsibilities will include routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, and implementing repairs as necessary. The ideal candidate will possess relevant marine engineering qualifications, along with experience on similar vessels and an emphasis on knowledge of electrical systems as the vessel will be very high tech . Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a small crew of four are essential.
