We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chief Stewardess on similar-sized yachts who is a native English speaker. The ideal candidate will be an organised and proactive leader with strong crew management skills, a calm and understanding approach, and will have the ability to foster a harmonious and well-structured onboard environment.

The program is relaxed and respectful with lovely American owners who truly enjoy their time onboard and value a warm, attentive and well-run interior.

The vessel spends a generous amount of time in port offering crew the opportunity to enjoy meaningful time ashore to explore destinations even during trips.

The Captain values department heads who are autonomous, structured and capable of running their departments with confidence and independence. You will be trusted to manage the interior team, maintain exceptional service standards, uphold safety protocols, and ensure seamless day-to-day interior operations.
