Summary
We are seeking a Chief Stewardess to join a heavy usage, dual season 70m motor yacht currently based in Genoa, Italy. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as Chief Stewardess on busy charter yachts over 55m and possess all required certifications.
Responsibilities include completing the final stages of the shipyard period and preparing the yacht for an upcoming charter season. The Chief Stewardess will build and lead a new team of six, fostering a collaborative environment and training interior staff before the season starts. The role includes all the usual Chief duties, plus some purser duties such as flights, interior/galley accounts, restaurant & transport bookings for charter and boss trips and organising the interior holiday schedules. A can-do attitude and eagerness to enhance team performance are essential. Preference is given to British or European passport holders at this time.
The salary is €8,000 per month, with 90 days of leave and equal tips shared among the crew.
