Summary

Lead Stewardess – 69m Shadow Vessel (Supporting 100m+ Mothership)

Rotation: 2:2

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead Stewardess to join a 69-meter shadow vessel supporting a 100+ meter yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong interior leader who thrives in a dynamic, dual-vessel program and enjoys both operational responsibility and team collaboration.

This role operates on a 2:2 rotation and offers a top-tier salary package, premium insurance, standard yachting benefits, and a 13th-month bonus.


Position Overview

The Lead Stewardess is responsible for the full management and smooth operation of the shadow vessel’s interior. You will lead a team of four interior crew (including yourself) while also carrying out administrative purser duties for the shadow boat.

The vessel runs with a total crew of 26 on payroll, requiring strong organization, discretion, and teamwork across departments.

When the Owners are onboard the mothership, the interior team provides support to the main vessel as required, particularly in housekeeping and service. Flexibility and a positive team-first attitude are essential.


Key Responsibilities

Interior Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the interior department
  • Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards throughout the vessel
  • Ensure service is executed to a high standard when required
  • Create interior schedules and manage crew rotations
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the interior team
  • Inventory management and interior budgeting

Purser & Administrative Duties (Shadow Vessel)

  • Crew administration and documentation
  • Payroll coordination
  • Purchasing and expense tracking
  • Budget management and reporting
  • Maintaining crew records and compliance documentation

Mothership Support

  • Provide housekeeping and/or service support onboard the main vessel during Owner trips
  • Coordinate effectively with the mothership’s HOH / HOS and interior team
  • Maintain seamless collaboration between both vessels

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in yachting (essential)
  • Previous leadership experience as Senior or Lead Stewardess preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience in housekeeping and service (highly advantageous)
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
